Yesterday at team, we did two laps around the gym. After that we didn't do any drills like 4 by 4's or things like that, because we have a comp this weekend, and we weren't sitting around and were always on the wall. At the end, it seemed like we had a 15 minute abs workout. Then we were done. I didn't feel to pumped or worked, because I didn't want to work to hard before this redpoint comp.
