THURSDAY WORKOUT

Sorry i didn't get to write this blog yesterday. On Thursday, our warm up was two full laps around the gym, not the usual one lap. They put up another wall, but I didn't get to climb on that very much. One thing that youth c and youth d did was five small traverses on the 55' wall, and 5 loops on the 45' wall. At the very end, Tyson had Tony and I do a couple leads.
