TUESday

Today, we went there and back around the gym for our warm up. After that we got to project for about 45 minutes. Right before drills, Baptiste and I did a really cool ad-on that went from the 55, to above the 55, the onto the 55 again.
For our drills, we put one arm on a hold and hung as long we could before falling off. We did these in sets, and one set is three hang-on-the-hold-for-as-long-as-you-can. We ended up doing 4 sets. Another drill we did was going on the first panel for handholds, and grabbing every hold before you could get to the end.
