THURSday session
Today we did our full gym traverse there and back around the gym. After that was 25 points, and I got that out of the way by doing two v3+'s, three v4+'s, a v5, and a v2+. then we got to project for twenty minutes, then we did drills. drills for youth d and youth c were the hanging with one or two arms for 25 seconds each. after that was ad-on in flip flops or socks, and I was partnered with Baptiste. Then we did abs and core on the wall till it was time to go to the blue mat for abs and core
